This certificate program offers you the opportunity to become better versed in business fundamentals. Core courses cover the topics mentioned above, while electives allow you to choose courses within or outside HR that best meet your specific needs.
This certificate program will help individuals who hold the PHR or SPHR designation acquire 46.5-60 required recertification credits. The following courses will also satisfy the 15 hours in the strategic management functional area required for SPHRs.
