Officially approved by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), PDC's Human Resource Management Certificate Program, which has more than 1,500 successful alumni, helps you prepare for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification exams. Studies show that HR professionals who complete the SHRM Learning System consistently pass the certification exam at a higher rate than those who do not complete the system. Moreover, the pass rate for PDC program graduates has always been significantly higher than the national average.
HRCI Certificate Information To earn either the PHR® or SPHR® designation, candidates are required to have at least TWO YEARS of exempt-level experience in the HR field. Please visit www.hrci.org for more information.
PDC requires that participants have a minimum of two years of HR exempt-level experience or have completed SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management
Registrants must attend 10 of 12 class sessions, take all tests and exams, complete out-of-class assignments, and earn a final course grade of 70 percent or better.
