The Leadership Skills for Managers Certificate Program gives you the keys to becoming a great leader and shows you how to put new skills into action. Upon completing this program, you will have a better understanding of what it means to be a leader within your organization: leading versus managing, thinking strategically, and developing employees. You choose the specific courses that will help you reach your goals.
To qualify for this certificate, complete at least three core workshops and three electives for a total of six workshops. Choose the courses that best match your specific needs, and complete the certificate on your own schedule. See the Frequently Asked Questions page on the Web site for more information.
Please note that the list of core and elective workshops has been modified. If you began this program before June 1, 2007, you may apply either the new or old cores and electives to this program. Some certificates share the same workshops. Students pursuing more than one certificate program may only transfer one workshop.
No prerequisites are required for this certificate.
See individual workshop descriptions.
