Use this program to develop the technical skills, people skills, political acumen, and strategic creativity needed to meet your organization's goals. Electives allow you to tailor the program to your specific needs.
There is no prerequisite for this course.
To qualify for this certificate, complete three core seminars and two electives for a total of five seminars. You may take courses in any order, although beginning with Process Mapping and the other core courses, followed by the electives, usually works best. Note that previously completed PDC process management seminars may be applied to the certificate.
**You may select either Developing Your Public Sector Balanced Scorecard or The Balanced Scorecard: Making Strategy Measurable as a core course choice but not both courses.**
