In the current economic climate, people need more help than ever making the right choices to plan for and protect their financial futures. We live in a society with greater longevity and therefore require more investment advice and sound financial guidance. Who will provide the professional expertise to meet the needs of a growing client base? The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics continues to predict faster-than-average growth for financial planners through 2014. The most recent Jobs Rated Almanac ranked financial planning as one of the top-rated jobs in America.

Whether you're currently employed in the financial services industry or want to pursue a career in this diverse and quickly changing profession, this certificate program will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to help clients meet their financial objectives. And, you will have completed the education portion of the CFP Board of Standards requirements for the CFP® certification. CFP® certification will make you more valuable to your clients and employers. Studies show that over a three-year period the average increase in pay in the year following certification is over 57 percent.
