Six Paths to Organizational Influence

As a manager, leader, or employee, your presence, actions, words, and functional skills hold great potential to influence your organization. People have a capacity and desire to make a difference in their organizations. Organizational influence is the ability to bring that difference to fruition.

Participants develop a greater understanding of their organization and themselves by discovering their potential for influence. The result is the ability to achieve personal and organizational goals through the utilization of the six paths that exist in all organizations and individuals. The paths to influence include leadership, organizational culture, communication, personal style, uniqueness, and personal alignment.

There is no prerequisite for this course.
