Changing Workplace, The

We are no longer living with change in the workplace: we're living change itself. The accelerating effects of technology and globalization cause our employers and job functions to shift continually -- and we must change with them. Existing organizational models do not operate as effectively in this new environment. The rapid pace of change is driving the creation of both new workplaces and new workers.

This workshop addresses how to incorporate the concept of change into the culture of the organization and how individuals can act as change agents to transform their organizations. It explores how continuous learning and applying learning continuously is a critical success factor.
