SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management

HRCI Approved Provider seal

A cost-effective and convenient way to help front-line managers and supervisors, as well as entry-level HR staff, effectively handle issues related to performance management, recruiting, retention, and the latest updates in labor laws.

Leave this workshop with a common dictionary of HR terms that can be applied throughout your organization and an understanding of the essentials of human resources. Class activities introduce concepts that you can use on the job even if you work outside of an HR department.

This course is offered in partnership with Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

HRCI Recertification of 6.5 hours and counts toward strategic credit hours.
