Search Tips:
If you enter text in more than one field, the search defaults to “and” (e.g., if you enter Moore in the "Last name" field and Austin in the "Hometown" field, your results will include only materials with Moore as the last name and Austin as the hometown).
If you prefer to find materials that contain either Moore as the last name or Austin as the hometown, run two separate searches.
Search is not case sensitive. You may enter just a part of a word (e.g., if you enter mo in the "Last name" field, your results will include any words that contain mo in the last name like Lattimore, Moore, Morrill, Morris, Morrison, Morrow). The sign * does not work as a word string in this search. If you enter mo* or *mo, no results will be found.
Only a single year (e.g. 1887) is accepted for searching the "Year of Service" field. If you enter more than one year or a range of years in the field, no results will be found.
