Order a DVD of the Conference Proceedings

The proceedings of the conference will be available on an interactive DVD for purchase on October 15, 2007. The DVD will be mimic the format of this website. All videos, PowerPoint presentations, and other media will be included.

The cost of the DVD will cover the costs of production, packaging, and shipping & handling.

Due to our inability to process credit cards, all orders must be requested by mail. Please print the order form and send it along with a check or money order to:
