Proceedings from the 2007 Cross-Border Environmental Management: Scrap Tires and Used Oil Conference are now available online. Available documents are in .pdf format and require Adobe Acrobat to open. Videos are be streamed as .wmv files and will require a media player capable of opening such files, such as Windows Media Player or QuickTime with the added Flip4Mac component. Mac users must download the Flip4Mac component to view the videos. All programs are free to download.
